How are gift hampers shipped interstate?
Gift hampers are shipped in fully enclosed premium quality presentation boxes, ribboned and then placed into ‘purpose made’ durable mailing boxes to alleviate movement and potential breakages of product.
What are the delivery charges?
For delivery to the following areas, the charges are as follows:
Bungendore/Bywong/Wamboin – FREE
Canberra, Queanbeyan, Braidwood, Murrumbateman, Yass, Goulburn – $10.00
Western Australia – $20.00
Northern Territory – $45.00
All other cities and States – $15.00
Do you ship inter-state?
YES! We ship our hampers around Australia. Select Standard Shipping at checkout.
Can I get free shipping if I spend a certain amount?
YES! If you spend a minimum of $150 then you can elect (at Checkout) for Free Shipping. Yay!
What if I don't see what I would like to order on the website?
If you would like a special gift put together, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the items that you would like within your gift hamper and we will advise a price and delivery time.
I would like to substitute a product within a hamper that's on the website. What do I do?

How long does delivery take?
Delivery across the Canberra Region:
Order by 10.00am – Delivery Same Day
Order after 10.00am – Next Day Delivery
Shipping Interstate – Allow 3 – 4 days delivery to most Capital Cities and Suburban Areas. Delivery to WA and NT allow 5-7 days.
Delivery/Shipping over the Christmas Season (Nov/Dec) –
Canberra Region – Allow 2-3 days (depending on size of order).
Shipping Interstate – Allow 4-5 days – most capital cities (WA & NT allow 7 -8 days).
What happens when no-one is home or available to receive the hamper?
Gift Hampers are not left outside in ‘the elements’ from a risk of heat/sun damage as well as theft. If the first delivery is a “failed delivery” then we will attempt one other time to deliver. After a second failed delivery, we will need to charge you for subsequent deliveries made.
